The title pretty much says it all. This is at the end of the season, right at National Signing Day, post transfer portal. Anyone else having this issue? Playing on an Xbox Series S, local (not online). End of 2nd year of dynasty, first year was fine in this regard.
Side note - still seeing the descriptions/influence levels of pitches mismatched to what I’m selecting during recruitment.
That's not my issue. I understand they only show up in the full player list. My issue is no one from my recruiting class shows up anywhere in the Position Change menu. ATH or not, the entire class is just not there to change positions.

None of the players from my class are in the Position Change portion. The entire class is absent from those screens, I only specifically mentioned the ATH part because I dont want to advance with having no knowledge of how those will function after this week. Pretty well has placed my dynasties at total stand stills.
Just to be clear, people can't see the ATH recruits? Or is it other recruits? For example: if I sign a Power Rush OLB but want to move him to DE, is that OLB recruit missing? Or are all recruits missing?

No recruits appear in the position change portion.
Just confirming the same problem. You don't have access to any incoming freshmen on the Position Changes screen anymore. The first time you see the freshmen is on the "Encourage Transfers" screen.
The recruits don't disappear or anything, you just can't view or edit them during the Position Changes stage. Makes position changes very hard considering you're trying to do them without 25% of your roster available.
Not after the update. Can’t filter by position and find ATH.
We are at the off season at the national signing day week. Our freshmen we just signed do not show up after the update and therefore we cannot change their positions. My guess is if I advance the week they will show up, but that would not allow us to do position changes. Hoping for help on this bug.
Holy effing crap. They didn't even do anything in the patch for roster stuff, how in the hell do they screw this up? Are they just one armed monkeys? Unbelievable that actual developers could be this bad.
I am experiencing this identical problem. It's National Signing Day and all of my recruits are not showing up in the Position Changes screen (ATH, QB, WR, etc.). If I sort my team by Year, I have FR (RS) but no FR.
