The not getting offers thing is a known bug.
I've won three consecutive national titles and have zero offers.

I don’t understand the lack of offers. I wanted to get an offer from UNC. I changed my coach settings to UNC’s playbooks and made UNC my alma mater. They didn’t offer me a contract. I played around with changing my playbooks and I got different offers. I don’t understand why that matters. If I’m a winning coach, does a school really care what offense or defense I run?!
- @nocoolnamejim understood. i was mainly referring to not getting an offer to be the HC at the school i'm already coaching as OC. but hopefully they fix the whole system
- @Sgoforth5 yea, i don't think schools IRL are choosing candidates based on how often they're going to run smash concepts
which is why i think the 'apply for the job' idea works. you get offers as normal but then you can approach a school and see if there's a match

ok, here's my idea EA
every year, medical students graduate medical school and apply to residencies to train in their desired specialty. there are only so many spots for each residency and only so many residency programs, and a bunch of medical students wanting to work. how can you make it fair? enter the NRMP (National Residency Matching Program)
every potential resident ranks the programs with whom they've interviewed from top to bottom (some people have short lists, some have long). then, every program ranks the potential residents they've interviewed from top to bottom. and they hit the 'run match' button.... and spits out
what if you could select a few schools you want to be considered as coach and the system ranks the coaches based off levels and then the system spits out if you're accepted or not...
just an idea I don't understand the logic behind the coaching offers. You spend 2 years to unlock the second level of recruiting. The only way to do this is to coach at a power 4 school . Once you finally get it unlocked, you don't ever get any small school offers. This game is fantastic, but they got lazy with coaching carousel. It doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't Akron want to hire the DC at Georgia?
@scouted1I have tried in 3 seperate dynasty to get to be a HC at Florida or WA after they have crumbled. I go in every year and force them to go 0-X, and FL is in the MAC and WA is in the Sun Belt and i cannot even get an offer, no matter how much i meet their playbook, archetype, etc. Right now I am in 2044, the Gators and the Huskies are both 2 Star schools now, and i cant get a HC offer.....
This game is broken. Year 3 going into 4 with 7 people in the league and only one person is constantly getting offers and no one else is even getting a chance. There needs to be a patch. It’s kind of killing the excitement of taking a low level team to the top and not getting a chance to move on.
i think it’s connected to pipleline , alma mater and schemes
