- @RedScope08 So this is still going on? I was hoping the most recent title patch would’ve fixed it. Haven’t played the game in over a week bc I’ve been waiting for them to fix this…
- @Wellsworld4 Sounding like they won’t be able fix player archetypes once they were corrupted. I had the same issue and haven’t played in about a week. I have an old file I am going to use. Sucks for sure. I am for sure going back to my rule of not purchasing ea games until they have been out 3 months.

@RedScope08 @Wellsworld4 @bface14 if you guys are referring to archetypes tanking a player's OVR rating (for example after changing playbook which is something I experienced) then this reddit workaround fixed a player of mine https://www.reddit.com/r/NCAAFBseries/comments/1eu6urm/how_i_fixed_the_dreaded_playbook_glitch_in_ncaa/ I might be misunderstanding your issue but hope this helps. Managed to salvage my star RB from a 50 something rating back up to 90+!
- @oak696 Nahh, and I actually just checked to see if it was fixed if you start a new dynasty based off what @RedScope08 mentioned. When you bring your TB team into Dynasty all of the players will have the same archetype, no matter the individual ratings or playbook. I.e. all RBs will be receiving backs, WRs are all deep threat, S are all hybrid. It’s definitely a bug with the dynasty setup - bc on play now they have have archetypes that match their skill set. Really a let down for fans of the old franchise since recruiting isn’t the same either

Tested it yesterday after the patch to see if it was fixed and it was not.

If you do end of year position changes, changing someone to a new position and back changes them to the correct archetypes. But it only works with the actual position change function. Doing it in edit player does nothing.

Super lame because now I'm just making all my players freshman and redshirting the ones I want to keep and calling the first year a wash.
- @Vulkeg Thanks for the tip, it’s not the worst thing in the world…
