I am incredibly disappointed with the missing features of this game; and the excuses are not acceptable. Why is Dynasty mode not crossplay? Because if more people can play that mode with their friends, they're less likely to play CUT. That's the reason. Period. Why is create-a-school not available at launch?? Because if you can create your own team and build that, you're less likely to play CUT. People have begged for the return of this game for a decade and we get a shell of its former self.
Let's address the excuses like coding issues or file size. We have the Madden template which has obviously been used here so the coding excuse falls on deaf ears. We're also talking about a billion dollar company so resources - or lack there of - should NEVER be an excuse. Regarding file size, 2K makes huge games but they offer way more options including tons of customizations. It can be done and people will be okay with larger games if they offer what they want. But you guys know that.
I've been a diehard supporter of EA games since John Madden football in 89. Give folks the game modes and options they want upfront! Eventually they'll want a break and they'll gravitate toward other game modes like CUT. Don't force it!!!
Anyways, that's my two cents on it all. I speak from experience and loyalty. Us fans would like some of that loyalty reciprocated.
