Error when trying to do CFB playoff challenges

Been thinking the same myself. Was locked out of CUT with this same error, just for everything instead of just some challenges. Over a week missed. Team was worth half when I was finally able to sell. 

A week in and they still haven’t fixed it. Spent 45 min on a chat with EA and after troubleshooting with no luck he told me to come here and look for the answer… but surprise, it’s been posted multiple times for a week and still no resolution from the “manager”

Just go to lineup and generate best lineup and it will work for people who have been getting server issues not letting them play

I’ve been having the same issue when doing the CFB Prologue . Thanks to “SlayIn CFB“ for the remedy. Just remove all additional players and backups in your line up. Special teams players should be the same as those in your line up’s.

This still doesn’t work for me. When with it be fixed?

I am still dealing with this problem if there are any solutions??!

Cannot play playoff prologue 

I have reset my lineup.

I have closed and rebooted the game.

I have hard reset my Xbox.

None of the normal tricks are working please help!

Atleast you’ve gotten that far. I haven’t been able to play anything in UT without being kicked out since SEASON 4 update. Can someone help me please

I ran into this problem a week ago on the Nightmares Challenges (NightMare Showdown) and also on the CFB Playoff challenges (Playoff Prologue) I play on PS5 and my name tag is ZxloTf-
