Error when trying to do CFB playoff challenges
I have 5 of the chronicles done but now when I try to do that or prologue it kicks me to the home screen and I can’t do more.

I haven’t been able to play playoff prologue since it dropped.
I play on PS5 as Vulture_BonesI have been having the same problem for 3 days now. I have deleted the game and redownloaded it, left the Xbox unplugged for a few hours, still not working. Was trying to get the Season 4 95 overall Dylan Sampson, but I guess that won’t happen now.

- @EA_Kent Hi Kent, I have been having this issue since the College Football Playoff challenges were released. Since yesterday's game changers release, I am now unable to play game changer challenges or tower of valor challenges as well. I play on Xbox Series X and my gamertag is Bootlesskhan2. Please help!!
I'm pretty sure since the cfp and nightmare promos are over those challenges are finished, just no one at ea thought to take them down cuz that would involve some sort of work to be done. Not their strong suit
First do a 15 second power cycle. Then make sure all quick resumes are voided. Finally, genrate best lineup by default action and it should work.
