I PULLED A 92 OVERALL IN THE 94 CFP CHAMP SET

I bought a Store Rush CFP Touchdown pack Saturday December 29th about 7:40pm. I opened the pack to find several good cards including a 94 OVR DK Metcalf. Then when going to quick sell one of the weaker cards in the pack, I received a server error. The cards then all disappeared from my item list. 

I have contact EA Help several times, each time they have become less responsive and have not done anything to fix the issue. They even acknowledge their records show that the pack contained those players and that they disappeared. 

Has anyone else had this issue? Can EA please give my cards back? It is even worse that it was bought in the store.

I recently purchased the CFP Premium Fantasy Booster pack which is supposed to have two rounds, 1 of 3 90+ and 1 of 2 92+. Though, when I purchased this pack I did not receive what was advertised and rather received a pick from 2 of 3 90+ players and was not given the option of 1 of 2 92+.

How can i get this fixed ?

I opened a 94 ovr CFP set and received a 92 overall out of it. I have been contacting EA for 2 days trying to get the pack and I haven’t gotten anything. They keep telling me there’s nothing they can do but now I’m out on 180k coins. It clearly states you receive a 94 overall player. 

Didnt recieve all the redemption tickets or the medium lockers  jist recieved coins and  reward for the 4th wins
