Missing Xavier Restrepo
I was playing when the program dropped and I did not get the free 86 that you can upgrade. I’m wanting to grind the games and upgrade him and need him on my account. Can any game dev help me please.

Same. It hasn’t been fixed
I haven’t either. I’ve been grinding for a month and they won’t give me the card!

The only way EA will continue to know it isn't resolved for everyone is for people to open bug reports on this forum and ME TOO any other ones that are open. You can also open a case at EA HELP.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my game logs and you will see that I do not have and have never had the card.
What happens when the bug occurs? do not receive the Xavier Restrepo card
What do you expect to see? The FREE Heisman Hopeful upgradeable Xavier Restrepo card.
EA - The bug has NOT been fixed for all players. Please reopen your bug ticket and fix for all.
Same here and I was told by support it's to late to add the pack now.
They will sure take our money but could care less if we have a good game experience or not.
Spoke to EA Help again. Just need to keep reporting and posting, up voting, etc on the forum here for it to get any attention from devs.
