Store rush pack bug

Don’t spend money on NCAA 25 ultimate team. Experienced an issue where I received a 95 overall player only to go to my lineup and the game had given me an 91 instead. Opened the case with EA and was basically told nothing can be done and they’d hope I’d report the case here to help their team. 

Ridiculous, all I asked was that they put the player on my team, there was no solution other than sorry about your luck. Don’t spend your hard earned money on these packs as you might get screwed just like I did. 

full situation:

opened store rush pack on Christmas Day, pulled LTD 95 overall alpha khan, go to put in lineup, he’s not there. Go to newest players on my team, I’m left with 91 overall Jack Howell. Opened a case via ea help and finally got to chat with someone about 36 hours later only to be told there’s nothing that can be done. Can’t give me the player, can’t give me any sort of reimbursement. 

so again, don’t spend your hard earned money on this game as all customer service could do was tell me to make this post, not even any sort of help towards my problem.

  • I'm having some of issues also, except right now it won't let me play any ultimate team, it keeps giving me a server error and has for last few days but can still spend money or get cards but that's all I'm able to do.  I will not be able to reach level 50 or 60 this season as I have not been able to play to get anything and that's what is bothering me the most.  I've put time and money into this game and now I feel like I'm getting screwed over and I absolutely adore this game but the issues have really soured me to it.  I've lost money from buying packs and getting stuff that isn't there multiple times, lost probably around 100-200 dollars worth of points through card packs and cannot get EA to answer me.  I've reached out on twitter or x and no answer, I wanna say I've reached out on ea help site and nothing ever happened.  This customer service really hasn't helped me and I've sank around 750-1000 into this game and I never buy loot crates or points on any other game.  I'm just a huge UGA fan and finally have a game with them in iron a sport I love unconditionally.  You would think they would try and help me out with what I've sank into the game but I can't get any help from anywhere or I cannot find the right place.  I cannot even play the game now because of constant server errors

    If it makes you feel any better all I’ve been getting is the run around that they are unable to help me unless other players are experiencing the same issue. 

    sucks you can’t even play the game. I feel terrible for you. This is such a fun game but once you get cheated once it makes it feel like a huge waste of time and money investment. Could have done so much other things than this. One player and one small glitch that of course has only happened to me will go unnoticed and not fixed. Hope they fix your issue so you can still play.

    Another long chat with ea providing no help. Meanwhile I’m playing against loaded teams. 5 days now missing the card I pulled that would have been fun to play with and probably had some better opportunities to win games. 

    side note, person I was just chatting with abruptly ended my conversation when I still had questions going unanswered. Do better ea. terrible service for players that have been cheated by your game.

    if you get the error cant connect to server, go to your line up, click generate best line up, and try playing a game. this gets annoying cuz you can make some changes but certain ones it'll go right back to giving the error message. it sucks but as the * than run ea don't care enough to fix any of these issues, this is what ya have to do.

  • I feel your pain. I spent $100 like an idiot on the Legends Opportunity Bundle. 

    The bundle topper literally says “94+ OVR Legends” and it gave me 95 overall Joshua gray, who cannot really be sold because the market is way too flooded with his card and the minimum sell price is set at a price. 

    to make it worse, out of 2 of the opportunity packs I received the same card. Haha. Pain. So I legit purchased a $100 “legends” bundle to receive 3 of the same SEASON 4 player. Spent hours trying to explain this to Hrikiti or some dude and the guy tried to tell me I was not understanding. I recorded the whole damn pack opening and even requested a file transfer to show him only for him to try and tell me that I’m wrong, that Joshua gray is a legend. Submitted a help ticket and they claim they will “escalate” the case. I call BS. Anyway..

  • Pretty much the same thing happened to me… I bought a bundle that included a 96+ player pack as the topper. Those 99 gamechanger players were coming out the next day and so I wanted to save it for then. Logged on the next day, and the pack disappeared from my unopened packs… it still shows “1 unopened pack”, and I had 5 EA advisors all say they see the pack on my account, but it’s a week later I’m still unable to open it. They just keep giving me the run around and gave me hope it would be fixed as if they actually cared enough to do something about it. I was told it’d be fixed within 24 hours, told that they’d look into and that they “can assure me I will get my pack”, until the last advisor I spoke with pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do about it. And go figure, he said “just know we are taking your situation as an example of ways we can be better”, and that I should “post about this on their forum” and hope maybe someone at EA will notice and actually help.. lol Like why can’t you just help me right now??? I told them to imagine they ordered something and it got lost in shipping, and instead of the company giving you a refund or a replacement they tell you that you should “go online and post about it”, and that they will use your pain as an example of how they can better themselves. LOL it’s unreal!! That’s not the way you should treat your money spending customers after you literally just robbed them. I even suggested they just give me points or a different pack of similar value if they really can’t fix the issue, but of course they said they can’t even though that’s more than reasonable for me to ask. Especially considering I’m probably owed way more in make rights because of the inconvenience and frustration this caused me. Instead though I just have to take the L on a $60-$70 pack, that I really looked forward to opening because the odds for a 99 were like 35%. And let’s be honest, I know for a fact they could just give me something else but they are probably told not too and is why so many of us get screwed over. I’ve spend 3-4 grand on this game too, and they still don’t even care enough to give me 1 pack after screwing me over… We need to stop giving them our money unless they decide to start fixing their issues.
