Well… if it is under that 512 limit, then you definitely have a gripe.

You would get an error message if you go over the 512KB, it's not that.

Mine won't upload either, and I'm way under the 512KB as a test. It does show a blank box as though it uploaded something, but the actual logo isn't showing.  Day 1 hiccups is all, I'm sure they'll clear it up soon.

EDIT: I'm also seeing that I cannot see the helmets or jerseys in the UI. I'm using Google Chrome, may be a browser issue or something technical on our end. Will try a few different browsers to test.

Same issue here and I'm on edge, if you figure out a way to get them to load, it'd be great if you could let me know (:

I am having this same issue. My logo meets all the requirements but when I upload the photo it shows a blank box. I also have tried to go view teams that others have created and none of them will fully load. I am not able to see jerseys or logos.

• Which web browser(s) are you using for the Team Builder? 
• What is the size of the file you're trying to upload? 
• Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache?

having same 112 issue... cleared cookies and etc... getting 112 telling Me that i need to check helmet... after nuking EVERY image on entire team, logos, pants helmets, etc... re sizing to UNDER 160 x 160 for multiple files and erythang WAAAY under the 512 limit... i submitted the team with NO IMAGES at all... and the team still gets flagged and cant submit, claiming violating team policy... i'm assuming that the squad is corrupted at this point, and i'll remake my flag ship team for the THIRD TIME NOW.  Linux Mint Cinnamon with Firefox, i5 4th gen 8GB ram

If this is marked as a solution i'll effing fight you... re doing the team 5-6x isn't a fix

I know this team being corrupted deal is the issue, as i've FIXED all my other teams and even created a new one fresh this morning that i had waiting in the folder.. I think on a hail mary that team got saved before updates to TB ended up 'fixing' the site, but it made my old 21ers file corrupted...

the problem is not on our end.  The issue is Team Builders restriction checker.  Its flagging logos for no reason at all.  I have a team that i have submitted but i need to fix some alignments.  Now it keeps flagging something it says on my helmet.  Well i removed everything off my helmet and guess what still will not submit. 

EA please stop blaming the costumer.  This is a problem on your end not ours.  

I've tried submitting a logo that is clearly not offensive and I'm getting the rejection notice that the logo is personal or offensive. Is there any place that shows an example or guidelines on what they consider offensive? It's a pretty vague claim without any direction. 

Dude i got the same message on this Logo.  the Restriction Checker is just broken.

It's frustrating because I've tried changing the font to no avail. And it's time consuming to create the logo only to find out the site won't allow it.
