College Football 25 Causing PS5 To Overheat
Anytime I try to play an actual game, my PS5 start to give overheat warnings and then eventually shuts itself off. I can navigate menus and sim Dynasty mode with no issues, but once I go into a game...

@shyguy-carl debating buying an entirely new ps5 but that seems a little extreme. Maybe our best option is to buy the actual disc if you have the option tomorrow, or download standard edition tomorrow. We need to get game codes sent to us
@Paxmallot Yes, that is pretty extreme as its clearly not a problem with your console, this is an issue with the game. If there was a problem with my console, then anything I try to play would cause this to happen but that's not the case here.
I have a digital console, so disc is not an option for me. Hopefully they have a patch here soon that helps these issues.

- @shyguy-carl Played ea pga tour yesterday which is 2 to 3 times larger in terms of GB (27 for cfb vs around 63+ for PGA) and had no issue. It's crazy :/
