What does the error say that you're seeing? Have you tried purchasing points through your console's store through their web site?

It keeps saying “we are currently unable to process one of your purchases and have temporarily disabled the store. The store will be available as soon as we are able to fulfill your purchase.” It has been this way for a few weeks now.

Have you checked with your bank to make sure there are no issues with the payment method you're trying to use?

I used a prepaid Visa card that I was gifted the last time I purchased points. My personal card is fine.

It sounds like the issue is with the pre-paid card. Unfortunately, that's not something we can help with.

So I just no longer get to access the store through the game? I used up the prepaid Visa card already, I just don’t have access to the store anymore.
