Hi team, my controller keeps freezing. The same thing is happening to my opponents. I have a ps5 and I gave the early release version.

I, too, am having this issue. It only happens in road to glory and specifically when I’m playing CB. It mostly works with QB for me. 1/30 times the controller moves the player properly. The other times I can’t go into practice mode because the player won’t move. I’ve done all the recommended troubleshooting steps as per above and it hasn’t changed. The menu navigation works fine but that’s about it. I just purchased Feb. 28, and it’s extremely irritating. Please advise on next steps. I’m on Xbox Series X and using a digital copy.
I’ve been having this issue for months. Cant play the game. Cant press “any button” to even get into the game without resetting the controller. I pretty much have to reset it to do anything. Once in the game, it automatically goes to the view of the route tree/assignments, I can snap the ball but then cannot pass it, it’s just stuck. Emailed support while back with no issues. I’ve made sure software is up to date, deleted the game several times and re-installed, nothing works. Very frustrating, just $90 on a game wasted…
just went undefeated in ultimate team to lose in the championship in the 4th up by two had the ball with 20 seconds to go and lost all controls got kicked for unnecessary grieving I’m so pissed I’m not playing this game anymore I had the win and lost I was still able to go to the home page of Xbox during the event and of course got all controls back when in the main menu of the game

How is this going to work I have done everything that I can do what else can I do there
Hoving the same problem on here I have an xbox series s and everything I try to get a tackle or a pick it just doesn't want to move and I feel like there should be an update that should help with that idk tho that just me.

Thank you for the info. I'll try to reproduce on my end. It would be helpful if you could provide a video of before/after showing how you cause it.
As an aside... do you have any additional controllers connected?
