Lots of time i do get the error message saying my connection to peer has been lost which still results in a lose. I play on the Xbox one s but this happens with me and my buddies all. Lots of the games just freeze with no unfreeze usually result in having to restart also. Lots of times we are stuck right on the loading screen when you can see the players join in the bottom right but you can still use your select and see the recent matched which would be the same people we would be playing. Either you'll get a lose from leaving the brocken loading screen or if you wait till the other team leaves first you might not get a lost but still usually do but that means sitting there for about 30 mins not playing just waiting for somthing to happen. Kinda defeats the purpose of trying to be competitive when you are competing verses all the problems and just hoping nothing will go wrong when trying to play. I could go in on about how you can't play certain players with other players which doesn't make sense either but I can still play with that going on just need to take one of the players out. When you want to relax and play the game but have to jump through hoops to just get into one game makes it hard for me to want to invest anymore time into the game
Thanks for all the details. Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

I do play on a wired connection yes I have a 1 gigabit plan so my wifi is very good for competitive gaming. I do restart my router and my xbox quite often in the results of this happening to me often. The problems still happen even when I take the right precautions and actions after these things happen. Yet when I come back it usually happens right away. The best thing we found to do for when the game won't load us in being stuck on the loading screen. If you turn cross platform off on your Xbox settings somtimes it makes the game run smoother but problems still happen quite often. I appreciate you taking the time to respond and I hope we can find a solution to this so we all can get back to playing the game!

No matter the speed, wireless is not good for gaming. It's not the speed that matters as much. It's the stability and wireless just doesn't offer that. However, you say you're using a wired connection so I just want to make sure since you mentioned having both. Is your console plugged into your router with an ethernet cable? While checking, you may want to make sure it's at least a Cat6 cable. That is going to give a better performance than Cat5.
When you are restarting your console and network equipment, is it a full power cycle and not just turning them off and on again?

I will have to check the eithernet cable that I use. I am plugged into the router yes. I also go into my setting on the Xbox and I select the restart xbox I have seen that this is the best way to restart your Xbox. When I check my speed and statistics all my speeds are great I usually have no packet loss and my connection and strength is always good. Is this stuff supposed to fix the in game problems? It seems to me the issues are coming from when I am playing college it's like being kicked because it says it can't process my request and kicks me back to the home screen. Me and my buddies have spent a lot of money in the game and we have all talked and we prolly won't return to ultimate team on anything after this year. It seems like when we play lower overall players our team is matched to there skill level which is hard for me to understand when there are overalls to the players which one should be better than a different one meaning trying to get the best team really doesn't matter if they are gunna play to the lower teams advantages
