Community ManagerNo matter the speed, wireless is not good for gaming. It's not the speed that matters as much. It's the stability and wireless just doesn't offer that. However, you say you're using a wired connection so I just want to make sure since you mentioned having both. Is your console plugged into your router with an ethernet cable? While checking, you may want to make sure it's at least a Cat6 cable. That is going to give a better performance than Cat5.
When you are restarting your console and network equipment, is it a full power cycle and not just turning them off and on again?
When is restart my router i unplug it for a minute and plug it back in for the restart.

I can't really help with your friend's issues since they aren't posting here. Not everyone has the same set up or are in the same location, on the same ISP, etc. These are things we have to take into consideration. So, let's focus on your particular issues. So, can you give me clear, detailed steps on exactly when you are disconnecting and what the error is you're seeing? If you're just freezing, when are you freezing?
When is say with my buddies is meaning when we play squad cut I'm just saying it happens to the whole lobby and not just myself so I am starting to think it is a internal issue with the game. When it freezes it will stay on the loading screen forever and never load resulting in us needing to restart our application. When we are playing the game I will get kicked frequently from the middle of the games somtimes right at the start and somtimes right in the last seconds. Most of the time it just says lost connection to your peer like they would have left the game but it gives me a loss when I check my record usually leading to elimination from the playoffs. When I restart my router I unplug it for the 1-2 minutes and plug it back in. When I restart my xbox I will go into settings and select the restart xbox button. I will check the eithernet cable i have for the type and I will try your solutions also.
The game freezes when we try to enter the game of season it will show the people on the bottom right join the session but the screen will just say college football the whole time and not load into the game resulting in us needing to restart and take a loss
