Thanks for reaching out to the community, and sharing what your running into. 

When you have a moment, give the following steps a try, and let us know if this keeps up!

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Perform a power cycle.
3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
5. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
6. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
7. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
8. Clear the MAC Address.
• From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
• Go to Network, then Network Settings.
• Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
• Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.

I also feel the lag in the menu screens and dynasty screens (recruiting, propects, etc.).

Yeah none of these worked. I think its an optimization issue

• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
• Which platform are you on?
• Are you getting an error message?
• Does this only happen in one game mode?
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

I’m having the same issue tbh. Except it’s during online matches. I lag so bad it’s frustrating. Not just lagging, delays also. Makes the game very difficult to play. Not to mention, it’s the only game I’m having issues w/ during online play. My WiFi is fast! I just don’t understand it. I then deleted the game and reinstalled it and I’m still having the same old issue. Makes me feel like it was a waste of $70. 

I’m having the same issue. And I agree it does make the game unplayable, well online modes unplayable. I still have not found a fix for it

Same. The worst is when I drop back and see an open receiver only for nothing to happen when I hit a button repeatedly just to get sacked and then hurry to the line of scrimmage because I’m a full second behind 

Nothing has been done about it still I'm about ready to give up because it's a lot of problems from the lag spikes to the pause glitches like people are really messing this game up just for a win IT IS CHEATING !.

I have same issue 

You ain’t lying this made this game junk in my opinion and never does anything get done about it
