College Football asking to reset my password

Hi - I preordered the deluxe version and I have been unable to play Road to CFP, Dyansty because I am unable to login to the EA servers. I get the message that It's a full house, give us some time.

I however specficially ordered the deluxe version so I could start playing now. So I essentially paid 30 extra dollars for that, and I am unable to play.

How do I go about getting my refund for my 30 dollars and I will be fine waiting to play until the general release date (where by then hopefully you will have your servers scaled up sufficiently to handle the load)

    I have also had the same issue since early access. I consider myself very computer and console literate and have logged into EA multiple times on PC and my phone. When I load NCAA 25, it keeps prompting me to change my EA password, which is the same email that my Xbox account is setup with. I know it is changing my password too because every time I play battlefield on PC, EA makes me sign in again with the new password. If there is a way to contact customer support to help walk me through the issue, please let me know!

    I am also having the same issue. EA doesnt seem to want to help. Wasted 70 on this game

    I also had this problem. However, it was able to fixed. The issue is that the email that’s attached to your PSN is not the one you think it is. You can confirm this by signing into EA and viewing your connections. Try to link it and it’ll probably say it’s link to some deactivated email. I then contacted support and explained that. They unlinked from the old account and then I could link to my actual one. Works perfect now.

    where did you contact support, I cant find a phone number or an email to call. I have the same issue.

    @UrbanMuffinTop excatly. its the dumbest * thing ever. You have to make a "case" and then they wont respond and will just close the case. its impossible to resolve
