Custom Stems Not Working

I just started trying custom stems and it won’t work. I’ve tried MANY times, in practice mode, and got it to work only one time. Is this is known issue?

    Same bro, hasn’t worked since I started the game. Custom Stems and custom

    uniforms not working. Why won’t they fix it!!!!
