CUT: Can’t play offense on squads

When ever I try and be “Offense Captain” the game just won’t play. It gets stuck in a loading screen but if I do any other role it will work perfect. I have already tried auto generate lineup.

Why is it that the EA servers are always down on my NCAA25 game?. This is unacceptable in my opinion. How do we alleviate this issue?
