So what do we do to fix the “our servers can not process your request” problem?!

Community Manager8emhj7etg0vn If none of the steps on this thread have worked, and you have removed all special players, captain abilities, upgraded players, etc, we have to wait for it to be reviewed.
There is either a corrupted file, download, or lineup item that is a common cause. Not everyone playing has the issue so it isn't a server error. I have tested it, the studio tested it, and we cannot repro it so there has to be something players have in their specific lineup that has been called out causing the issue.
Until we find that issue, you will continue to get that error.
