Deactivated account. Need help
Hello. I’ve been unable to get my account reactivated by changing the password. I’ve tried multiple times this way with no results. Only on one day have I been able to chat with an advisor and that was before I knew my account was deactivated. Now every time I check there’s no option to chat with an advisor.
Like a lot of people I’m really frustrated. I’d like to be able to occasionally play online with friends and download some created FCS teams.
Not sure if anyone here can help or not.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
