Dynasty(teambuilder) glitched player update/solution
My teambuilder dynasty team got effected by the same glitch a number of other users have encountered. I have a player who is a 12 overall with no name. When I try to load into a game or practice I receive the error message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize..." I had to sim a number of games in our dynasty until January 31. From January 31st until February 7th I could load into games again even with the glitched player still on my roster. I was able to play a game against the CPU and a game against another user using a teambuilder team. As of February 7th I can no longer load into games and am receive the same error message.
I believe that the title update/patch that was pushed Friday Jan 31 fixed the issue and the title update/patch that was pushed Feb 7th reversed it.
I also believe it had something to do with the update containing the addition of Tylee Craft, a former University of North Carolina player who passed away in October from lung cancer. In the same update when they added him to the game, roster issues were present for all online games. Everyone was struggling to get updated rosters and play online. I do not know what fix EA utilized to rectify this issue but it fixed the glitch player issue for a week. I think the fix to the glitch player issue is not to remove him from the roster but to utilize whatever work around they pushed in the Jan 31 title update.
Obviously this post doe not help other users but hopefully will be seen by someone at EA to help them find a solution for this issue. I am sure they recognize that their user base they creates teambuilder teams are some of their most dedicated fans and this issue has plagued those very fans since launch.
