EA Server Issue College Football 25

My brother is having issues connecting to Dynasty mode. He receives the "EA servers are unavailable at this time" error any time he tries to sign into EA. There are no reported outages and my EA servers are working perfectly fine 25 mins away. He has deleted and reinstalled the game, restarted his modem/router and even attempted to connect to another Internet source and still received the same error. Any assistance is appreciated.
