1 year agoWhen you have a moment give the following steps a try:
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Clear the MAC Address.
- From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
- Go to Network, then Network Settings.
- Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
- Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.

In addition, there is a player glitch problem. I edited the appearance of a qb in my online dynasty. The game froze, kicked me back to the Xbox Home Screen. Now the player is a 12 overall (was 75 overall), with 0 attributes, no name and no picture. Is this related to the ea server problem? How can this be fixed.
- MrHoosi3r1 year agoSeasoned Rookie@Mundanejoker715 Please try these steps: clearing your cache, check for updates, power cycle your game system, deleting and reinstalling the game. If none of this works I recommend you contact ea support advisor just to say you tried, they will just tell you the same things I did and you will be SOL. Please give xp on other questions like this under this thread and others, or answer me too, it helps give more attention to these issues so hopefully we can play again faster.

Still receiving the EA server error….

Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this only happen in one game mode?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
