EA sports cheating my record

I’ve been playing for a couple month and it seems like everytime I really get up on someone the game says I’m idle to long and kicks me out and gives me a lose in the middle of the game well tonight I’ve been waiting 30 plus minutes to see if it was going to give me a loss and it’s still saying ea is still tryna figure things out frfr this game is full of BS
