Hacks?

How can I have a wr wide open and the other team users and picks the ball with 5 yards of separation, I understand this is a game but this shouldn’t happen all the time. There’s no way abilities should allow db to go through a wide receiver and pick the ball that’s pass interference all day. And when is this game going to actually do what you want it to do… my defensive backs I set to outside and underneath and they get burned every time to the outside it doesn’t matter if it’s man or zone. Would love this game to respond accordingly when you actually give your defense the ability to jump the receiver if they are going inside or outside
