Help pt.2

I’ve restarted the game, put my game in safe mode and restarted it, restored licenses, deleted and reinstalled and switched it from my hard drive to my console and cfb still doesn’t work, I’m watching everyone else play the game why can’t I? And I’m buying packs and they’re taking my money but won’t let me online to use the cards. I’m not banned on ea so what’s going on and I need help, haven’t been able to play in a whole week
