Was this resolved? I purchased the MVP bundled for Xbox XS but only standard addition available to download and install for both games. If I try to install the deluxe version of each game I have to pay. I paid for this already, I could have just purchased the standard edition for both games. I there a code I can use to get the deluxe version of each game?
