NCAA 25 Auction Ban
My NCAA 25 ultimate team account has been banned from using the auction house. I do not believe that this is proper nor necessary.
On 1/6/25 my ultimate team account was sanctioned and was wiped of all coins for breaking the EA rules, of which I was not aware I was doing. I did not use a third party to distribute coins, instead another player that I play the game with bought my items. We did not know this was against the rules and have not done it since being sanctioned on 1/6/25.
Then on 1/7/25, my account was again was wiped of all coins for the second time and I am now banned from using the auction, an essential part of the game. I did not commit any wrongdoing since being sanctioned and warned that I was breaking the rules. Therefore I do not believe the ban is proper or necessary. I do not understand why I am getting punished twice for the same offense, of which I DID NOT know was breaking the EA rules.
Essentially the ban makes the game unenjoyable and unplayable since I cannot access a crucial part of the ultimate team experience. I have spent over $150 on this game to purchase points through the EA store along with hundreds of hours playing the game and believe this is unfair.
EA Help has declined my first dispute of the ban and left me banned from the auction house. This now makes the game unplayable for me as there is no way to upgrade my team. All I’m asking is that my account ban from the auction house be removed so that I can continue to play the game.
