Not able to play squads head 2 head ultimate team

Just as the title states. Everytime I try to load into a game of head 2 head with my friends on ultimate team I get disconnected from the game before it starts. But I can easily play online by myself. And yes the disconnects count as a loss on my record even though I haven’t been able to play for like a month or two.
