Not receiving training for player sale
I had recently acquired a new quarterback and decided to sell my Charlie Ward QB card for training points which told me I would receive 43,750 for this transaction which I never received. I’ve contacted EA support multiple times and multiple chats and they have advised me there is a team working on it, but nothing has still been done. Has anyone else dealt with these issues not receiving their training after selling a player for them?

Wanted to check if our support was able to assist with getting the missing training points to your account. If not we may need to reach back out to have them further look into this.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select College Football 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
