Online Dynasty Issue

This morning while our dynasty advanced, it crashed on my (commissioner end) and then it went all the way to the offseason.  Now, some players aren’t able to access it or just don’t see it. I can see it on my end but others can’t .

After this and talking to chat support, I  believe this is a glitch, bug or file corrupted during advancing and we want to revert our online dynasty cloud save back to last night or early this AM when it was working properly. (4.27 around 9:45 AM ET)
Again members now cannot access…tried removing and reinviting, either didn’t remove them or they didn’t see the invite, tried restarting, even uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing has worked.
