I downloaded the trial from Microsoft games ultimate, which didn't have my preferred team. So I bought the physical disc for Xbox. But when I installed it, from disc, it still only gives me the same 22 teams to choose from. I've uninstalled it, deleted my profile data, no change. I've unlinked my Xbox account from my EA account, no change. I can't return it because the game isn't broken, EA's services are.
Community ManagerGenaldar That isn't an EA services issue. That is an issue with the account trying to log into the trial version and not the full version. Are you still showingthe trial on Xbox and not the full version?

Community ManagerGenaldar On Xbox no. Those entitlements are purely based on the platform you are playing on. Are you on Game Pass Ultimate? I have that, and Madden always says you are on EA Play until I get the full game, which you did, so it should not give that message.
After deleting the same file everywhere it lists more teams but not all. When prompted to choose a favorite team many are missing. For example Minnesota isn't listed.
Community ManagerGenaldar I appreciate the update. Being Easter Sunday, it is pretty quiet. I am going to follow up on it to see if I can get word on this, as it should not cause problems, especially if you uninstall it or own the full game. Once they let me know, I will let you know.
I had an EA Play version, and it wouldn't stop asking me until I downloaded the full version, which the disc itself should have done. That makes me think it's something on the console that hasn't been deleted.

Your online storage
Local storage
Disc and Blu-ray
Console cache
Persistent storage
On PS, it's cache-uninstall and reset console. Really limited there.

I start the game, I accept the user agreement, I go to set favorite team, but all times are available. Right now for the big ten there are 8 teams.
Community ManagerGenaldar So this is before you even go into a mode, this is as soon as you start the game initially? When you got into UT or other modes, or in the settings, does it give you more teams?
It seems they're only missing options for favorite team. But it's always missing the same teams. For example the Big 10 doesn't have Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Oregon, Purdue, USC, or Wisconsin.
