PS5 - pre-ordered the Deluxe College Football unable to play

I do not have an error message it just says 3 days u til launch. I also have a case number and was told that y’all were working on it. 183848677

To check for either of you, 

- Do you have EA Play?

- Did you first purchase a different version of CF25, and then get the deluxe edition?

- Do you see any available updates to grab for CF25 currently?

Yes I have ea play. I did originally get the standard edition but got a refund on that to get the deluxe so I could play the game early.

I have ea play and the deluxe version of Cfb25 it says expected auto download date 7/16/24 and when I try to open the game trial it says something went wrong

I have tried all of that. It doesn’t work. Also still says 2 days until available. I have confirmed my ea subscription and have plenty of space on the console
