Re: Redeemed a code for points but it never appeared in game.

Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.   

  1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
  2. Select College Football 25
  3. Select the See all help topics
  4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
  5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

  • Thanks for the advice but the Problem is i talked to several Agents like the description you said. But every time they told me sorry we cannot help! 

  • @EA_Illium Hey is there any update on this thread as a whole? I’ve been waiting over 3 days EAHelp is no help I’ve raised 4 different tickets given the correct screenshots but just get the chats closed and never any actual resolution, It’s been really frustrating and when asking to make a complaint and see proof of the complaint the chat advisors just say they can’t send me any proof? - 12000 missing for 3+ days now and no update and the amount of time wasting on with ea help is not a great customer experience

    @EA_Illium Can you confirm or deny if you have a "tool" that grant CFB points and that it is not working right now, since everyone of us is not getting what we paid for? I have waited for 3+ days now, this is unacceptable customer service..
