Re: Redeemed a code for points but it never appeared in game.

For all with the Problem Microsoft Xbox like mine: 

Chat with an EA Agent an he will say he can not helping you. Screenshot the Chat completely. 
Go to the Xbox/Microsoft Support and Chat there with an Agent and tell him EA can not helping, and give them the screenshots. The Agents from Microsoft will give u the Points again. 

That happened thankfully for me!
