Servers cannot process request

I’m playing on PS5 and on my online dynasty I advanced in the offseason and my senior 93 overall QB suddenly disappeared. Well after looking he turned into a 26 overall lost his picture but still same number and had all mentals and physicals. Fast forward into the regular season it will not let me play a game. Says the servers cannot process my request at this time. I sim through 3 weeks hoping it would fix itself and it hasn’t.
