I am playing NCAA 25 with the same issue.  EA is sending login codes to an email I cannot access anymore.  I have changed my email on my EA Account, but the game still sends to the old email and I do not get the code.  A few weeks ago, I could just hit O, and I would be able to log in by changing and having the code sent to my current email.  Please help.
