Still missing 4600 points from mvp bundle pre-order

I never received my 4600 ultimate team points with the mvp bundle pre-order and the EA help site keeps closing out my tickets without ever contacting me. There's also no option to chat with a rep on the help site anymore, only the option to email EA and they never respond to those emails they just say "thanks for contacting us" and close the ticket.  EA Help is a scam. They stole my points and don't care to even address the issue, let alone fix it.  Scam scam scam.  

  • @ps3zona I get it is super frustrating. You paid for something you have not received. I took a look into this one, and the team is looking into accounts that are missing content, such as yours. I added your information to that ticket so that they will have a look into the account and go from there. Sadly, sending players to the forums doesn't resolve the issue, as we cannot grant content. We are not support. We can send the cases up for review when its already under investigation. That is what I did at the moment. Hopefully, they can just take care of it on their end.

    @ps3zona Do you have all content installed from the additional content section and the game?

    Did all other content show up in the game and just not the points?

    Hello Shepard,

    All of my pre-order content except for the points was delivered when I logged into the early access last Monday. I got the mvp bundle packs with Joe Burrow and the others, but no points were ever loaded to my account, I'm still missing the 4600 points and the EA Help site continuously closes out my tickets without ever addressing the issue.

    @ps3zona Gotcha, so for the tickets, if you create more than one for the same issue they get closed for duplicates. We cannot change that one. When you go into UT, do you see the balance change at all? Have you purchased packs with points at all since you started playing? 

    You can always re-open the original case, but they cannot close it just because. They should email you when it is closed unless it was escalated. Sadly we cannot grant those as that is not an issue that belongs here. That is purely support. I would message chat instead so you can speak to someone live.

    I have not purchased any additional points since release, it's been 0 points the entire time. 

    I know you guys advise to chat with support but you guys have to understand they've removed all of the links on the EA Help site to chat with support. They had the option to chat with support last week which I did, and they said they couldn't help. Now the option to chat with support is completely removed from all topics and all you can do is click to email. I wouldn't have created multiple tickets but they closed the first 3 or 4 tickets that I started without ever communicating with me. Also, when you click on those tickets to say you still need help out just puts you onto a page with a link into this forum which is why i had to keep creating tickets. It's a complete circle and everyone involved says they can't help. 8 days, no points that I paid for and not even the appearance that someone at EA cares enough to actually address it.

    @EA_Shepard the link worked but they're not helping, told me to report the issue on the forums [removed], the circle continues.

    I'm still missing the 4600 points from the mvp bundle pre-order and still have no response from the EA Help team. Apparently 10 days isn't enough time to figure out that you're ripping off a paying customer.

    It's been 15 days and I'm still missing my 4600 ultimate team points from my MVP bundle pre-order. The game I paid $150 for. That said it would include ultimate team points. I was never given the points. What in the [removed] is going on at EA that you cannot provide a customer with the points that they've paid for 15 days after the game launched? It's literally criminal how terrible the customer service is, you guys literally stole my points.

    @EA_Shepard thanks again for the continued support on this. You guys here in the forums are way more responsive, helpful, and transparent than your colleagues over on the EA Help side. 

    It looks like whatever you did today prompted the Help team to send a personalized response to me and they actually loaded my points. So, thank you! Much appreciated. My issue is finally resolved. I'm sure the resolution they placed on my account was purely based on the actions you took on my account today so thanks again for the support!
