Teambuilder teams not showing up or not public...

I have created a couple of different Teambuilder teams.  I can download them fine, but a friend recently wanted to download a team I made, and they couldn't find my team.  They showed me that none of my teams showed up if they searched my username.  I tried from my son's PS5 as well and can't search for or find them either.  It is like they aren't public or something is preventing them from syncing up and making them public for people to download. 

Anyone else have this issue and what can I do to fix it?  I want to make my teams available for others to download and enjoy.  Please help.
