I have completed the touchdown tango house rules and still have not received my final reward 87 overall Corey Thomas. EA help has been of no help because I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer on what the problem is. I have photos to prove that I completed the house rules. This does not seem to happen to everybody because I have seen the reward player on other players' teams. I just want the card that I grinded for. It has been over five days, and they just keep saying they are investigating. Just put the card on my team please.

I have won many touchdown tango games and I have not received the xp and challenge completion. I have checked this for a few days now after winning games for multiple days. Will this be fixed or is anyone else having this issue?

@EA_Illium I need to talk to someone on the account management team or something so i can show them my photo proof and they can look at my account and clearly see 250 wins. Talking to random support reps on EA help that have no idea what I am talking about is getting me nowhere.

Yes I tried that as well. EA is just screwing me right now.

I completed all 250 wins from touchdown tango and have not received my Corey Thomas player card reward is there any reason this is happening or do I just have to wait?

I would just like to have access to the card I worked so hard to unlock I’ve talked to 3 different EA members and nothing has changed. Please help us

who exactly do I need to contact? I spoke with an EA rep and he told me to wait 24 hours I waited that long and still didn’t get him. Can you help me get in contact with who I need to?

I finished all 250 games of Touchdown Tango only to not be able to obtain Corey Thomas. I am looking into see why as I’ve waited 48 hours and still haven’t got him. I have photo evidence please help me EA. Thank you

We don't have a direct line to reach out to, our support can be contacted by creating a support ticket on the help site.

If they advised you to wait 24 hrs and the reward still has not appeared you should be able to resume your case or try creating a new one with the steps below:

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select College Football 25

Select the See all help topics

Select the option I'm looking for something I earned

You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
