Ultimate Team - JARDIN GILBERT

when I try to click on the card “JARDIN GILBERT” it takes me out of ultimate team and into the main menu. It’s causing me problems because I can’t apply abilities on him nor sell him because when I press on the card it’s an error and takes me to the main menu. I’ve been trying to sell this card as he’s the only one having this problem, other people are having this problem too. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is anyone else having this problem??!
