Unable to Import Logos into Teambuilder/Can't Edit Jerseys

When uploading a logo into Teambuilder, the file is uploaded, but appears blank, as below:

Is this due to a dimensions issue? This has been tried with images at 1080x1080, 640x640, 512x512 and 256x256, all with the same error. Or is this a processing issue on the user side? Is there a minimum requirement for the PC to be able to use the website? Nowhere within the deep dive, or on the Teambuilder website, is there any indication specific requirements are required to be able to use Teambuilder. 

I ask if there are any requirements because the site will not allow for the editing of jerseys or stadiums no matter what the actual logo used is. I have attempted utilizing the default logos, and various custom logos with no luck. 

I did want to file a ticket with support, however, that no longer seems to be an option with EA, as the only choices that I can get from the help pages are questions about my EA account, with no ability to create a new case, even when clicking on the link when it is an option. 

This is extremely frustrating, as the Teambuilder is a part of the game that is integral to the overall experience.
