Adaptive deal breakers bugged

Adaptive deal breakers in dynasty might be bugged. I had a starting qb with playing time as his deal breaker happy at my program as my starter. I then proceeded to recruit and sign three qbs because I only had two on the roster including him. However, he was far and away the best qb and my starter. He ended up transferring because my playing time school score for him was a B+ and he needed an A-. After he transfered out, he was available to me to re-recruit and his deal breaker score was now only a B-. I get the feeling that might be a bug because that makes no sense. I ended up losing him over nothing.
