Laggy game

Does anyone else get completely kicked out of the game when you get positive yards on a play? Literally every time I make a catch the game closes itself. Then when reopened the game will sim & not even put me in the game yet work just fine. Also is anyone having the issue where it says your player in RTG is on the field for snaps but he’s not on the field? I can’t redshirt any rtg player no matter the overall cause it keeps saying they’re in the game getting snaps
