Switching positions unlocks skill caps
This ruins online dynasty. Got a player with skill caps...np...just put points into the skill until you hit the cap then switch his position and switch him back to unlock. It doesn't matter if switching the player gives him 40 more skill caps as a penalty for switching because you can simply just do this process and the game will keep removing skill caps from the rating you have hit the cap on.
Example: Got a 90 spd wr and the he cant get any more speed because you are at the "Quickness" skill cap? np...switch him to any position in the game and then switch him back to WR...badda boom...your "Quickness" skill cap is no more!! Rinse and repeat then you have a 99 spd WR...ez...gg..
Good lord fellas, maybe y'all need to bump up the pay of your testers and get some quality ones.
The main problem is that the fix for this may require a complete overhaul to the changing position feature. You would have to keep stats and skill caps static and not dynamic when you switch positions. However, even this can open up some exploits such as switching to a position to level up a stat that is cheaper at the new position then it is at the one that was switched from....or even ability exploits....but i wont dive down that rabbit hole in this post.
