Teambuilder dynasty is not loading

Not being able to play teambuilder dynasty has been an issue in this and last years iteration.  I don't know what causes it.  I don't know why it happens so often.  It typically takes me at least 5 times starting and closing the game in order for the file to finally load.  It loaded earlier today and then I got sidetracked doing something important and forgot to move my controller so that it wouldn't time out.  I got disconnected and have been trying to get the file to load now for nearly 3 hours.  

Not only should this not be happening I cant find a fix anywhere.  I know I'm not the only person that is experiencing this but I think its ridiculous that this issue has persisted now across two seperate iterations of this game.  Please fix this problem.
