“ you already a commission of 20 leagues. Please delete one” error

I have no Offline Leagues or Online Leagues, yet it keeps giving me this error message when trying to create an online league. It allows me to join other online dynasties I’m not the commissioner of.
Ihave tried uninstalling the game - didn’t work I have tried deleting Console and Cloud Storage - didn’t work. I can create a online dynasty on CFB25 and Madden 26 but not allowing me to on CFB26
