Add the concept of pay games to DYNASTY

Hello EA and anyone who sees this!

I am enjoying CFB 26 dynasty and especially recruiting. One of my favorite features is having a higher cost for out of region visits. It’s provided more realism, but it also has me thinking about the topic of pay games in college football.

I think it would be cool to add the concept of a pay game in dynasty, which would motivate coaches of smaller teams to randomly schedule a Georgia, or Ohio State in the regular season. It would be cool to maybe get 50 to 100 more recruiting hours for the week of that game or something like that. 

Just like in real life, these smaller school aren’t just playing elite programs for the fun of it. These games provide a financial benefit to their programs.
