This is just not true what so ever. EA was sued for the default roster that THEY created and launched the game with utilizing all likeness minus names. Example. Height, weight, class, skin color, hometown, skills, and then just named them their position plus their number. Example RB#5. Judges found the before mentioned in favor of the suit that EA in fact did use player likeness and bam the game was gone. It never had anything to do what so ever with users creating rosters with player likeness as EA can not and will not be held liable for what people do with their game, if this was the case as you say 2K, MLB the Show, and every other sports game would be sued to oblivion and shut down as well. I can go on 2K right now and download the next 4 years of draft classes with real current college players likeness all the way to their names. This is an excuse I continue to see spread but the reality it’s a cop out for a studio who continues to do the minimum in their games and focus on ultimate team for more cash.
